Phuong Thao Pham is a high school student from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a deep-seated passion for computer science, advanced mathematics, and computational research. Driven by the belief that technology should be an accessible tool for real-world impact, she actively engages in international STEM competitions and student-led initiatives. She has led student teams in global hackathons—focusing on tech-driven solutions for humanitarian logistics and climate resilience—and launched "The Syntax Lab" to make high-level STEM concepts approachable to youth. Her academic interests span machine learning, computational linguistics, and problem-solving. As an ICSC Ambassador, Thao is excited to connect with an international network of young innovators, foster an inclusive coding culture, and empower peers across Vietnam and globally to unlock their potential through technology education.
