Makhfiratkhon Abdurakhmonova is a Master’s student at Anyang University in South Korea, specializing in English Language and Literature. She is the founder and president of the Leader Ladies Club, an international youth-led initiative dedicated to women’s empowerment, leadership development, and the promotion of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Under her leadership, the club has organized projects, workshops, and conferences that have reached hundreds of young people across different countries, creating opportunities for education, mentorship, and cross-cultural collaboration. She has represented Uzbekistan and her institutions at numerous international programs, forums, and conferences, where she actively contributed to discussions on gender equality, sustainable development, and youth leadership. Her academic excellence and community engagement have been recognized with national and international awards, and she continues to serve as a role model for young leaders, particularly women, who aspire to make a meaningful social impact. Makhfiratkhon is deeply passionate about building bridges between education, technology, and community service. As an ICSC Ambassador, she aims to combine her leadership experience with her academic knowledge to inspire students, promote global cooperation, and foster knowledge-sharing in science, technology, and leadership on an international scale.
