I am Haiqa Kaleem, a CS major at FAST-NUCES, a tech-obsessed college where one kid is grinding for ICPC while another is applying to Google Summer School of Code. Growing up middle-class with zero exposure to extracurriculars, I joined ICSC as an ambassador to show kids, especially girls, that ambition isn’t limited to posh schools or foreign coaches. I made it to IPHO’s first camp, ranked 23rd nationally, and earned a Bronze at Kangaroo, all without mentorship, realizing competitions are for anyone willing to grind. Despite my borderline obsession with coding, you’ll just as often find me scribbling rhymes in my Calculus notebook or skating while mentally debugging a rotating array.
